The collaboration between Rosti China and Changzhou Institute of Industry Technology (CIIT) has been in place for 16 years, with the new agreement deepening the levels of cooperation. The program involves open days for the students to view manufacturing at work, interview skills training, career advice, and technology insights. As part of the program, Rosti provides mentorship and placements for students prior to and post-graduation. To date, 18 graduates from the CIIT have secured employment within Rosti China. The new agreement will extend to collaboration on technology development for industrial applications. At the signing, the Changzhou Institute of Industry Technology (CIIT) awarded Rosti China the status of “Industry and Education Integration Union.”

Changzhou Institute of Industry Technology (CIIT), Founded in 1958, formerly known as Changzhou Vocational Institute of Light Industry, is a public full-time ordinary college in charge of the Education Department of Jiangsu Province. Founded in 1958, the school has a history of more than 60 years of industry-specific school running and it was recognized as a model vocational college in Jiangsu Prov-ince in 2008. The school currently has more than 10,000 full-time students, more than 600 faculty and staff, including 400 international students from more than 30 countries.
